The 2024 festival is scheduled for October 5-6 at the Airfield Conference Center in Wakefield, VA.

Vendors room hours are 10am – 6pm on both days of the festival.  
(Doors open to the public at 11am and close 6pm.)

The Magic of Horror Festival is produced by Rogue Chimera Films, LLC.

1. All vendor tables must be pre-paid by the reservation deadline. Tables will not be held without payment. There are no refunds for table fees.  Vendors must provide logo images, a few product images, and website/shop link information to be advertised on our social media.

2. All vendor/exhibitor spaces should be manned at all times. All tables are 6 ft. long x 2.5 ft. wide with 3ft of space behind the table with 2 chairs as needed. The total space is approx 6’x 6’. Tables may not be shared or split.

3. Wi-fi is available in vendor room. Vendors will have to create their own login for this service.

4. Only a limited number of tables have electric available, but this is restricted to one outlet per vendor. These tables are available on a first-come basis. Vendors must bring their own extension cords and tape for securing electrical cords to the floor. Vendors may use multi-plug bars or split cords, but the main extension cord plug cannot prevent the use of both spaces on the wall outlet.

5. Vendors may not hang anything on the walls. Vendors may purchase adjoining table spaces and elect to remove tables to accommodate their own standing racks or displays if needed. The festival does not provide such racks or displays.

6. Vendors are responsible for displaying, securing, storing their own equipment and merchandise at all times. All vendors agree to hold blameless Magic of Horror festival / Rogue Chimera Films and all staff along with but not limited to Airfield Convention Center members/workers as well as any entities, employees and agents, against any loss, damage, theft, expenses, claims or actions arising from any personal or property damage, loss or theft due to said vendors participation in the Magic of Horror festival.

7. All vendors acknowledge that the Magic of Horror festival and all staff members/workers as well as the Airfield Convention Center entities, employees and agents will NOT provide or maintain insurance coverage for vendors, persons or property and it is their sole responsibility to obtain insurance covering such loss.

8. The Magic of Horror festival in no way endorses any vendor's merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All vendors are deemed to be their own business/entity and in no way reflect the views, beliefs, intentions and/or direction of the Magic of Horror festival.

9. All merchandise bought or sold at the Magic of Horror festival is deemed to be a transaction strictly between vendors/sellers and attendees/buyers. The Magic of Horror festival is not party to or responsible for any transactions made between said parties.

10. No pornographic, illegal, stolen or copyright infringed merchandise please. Violation of this may result in vendor being asked to leave and there will be no refunds of vendor table(s) purchased.

11. Vendors must adhere to the Virginia wildlife regulations regarding the sales of wildlife items. Code of Virginia 29.1-521(11). See the laws on the following link.

12. The Magic of Horror Festival / Rogue Chimera Films LLC is not responsible or liable for Covid-19 outbreaks and / or Vendors, Guest contracts Covid-19.
